Permit Requirements: All vendors must have the necessary permits and licenses to operate a food truck in Lafayette, Louisiana. All vendors must comply with all applicable laws and ordinances for operating a “Mobile Food Establishment” (MFE) within the City of Lafayette. Approval to be a vendor at Uncle Bob’s Roundup in no way guarantees, warranties, or proves any compliance with city or state ordinances.
Insurance: Vendors must have adequate liability insurance coverage for their truck. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
Health and Safety: Vendors must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations, including food handling practices, sanitation standards, and waste disposal procedures.
Equipment Maintenance: All equipment must be clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
Generator Noise: Generators may NOT be used for any reason within the food truck park.
Parking and Traffic: Vendors must comply with designated parking areas and traffic flow rules. Only one vehicle may be parked within the designated spot. Any towable, trailer-type food trucks must be detached, and the tow vehicle must be parked off-site. Uncle Bob’s Roundup DOES NOT provide any reserved spaces for parking tow vehicles.
Waste Management: Vendors must properly dispose of all waste, including food scraps, grease, and recyclables.
Electrical Connections: Vendors must use approved electrical connections and avoid overloading circuits.
Fire Safety: Vendors must have fire extinguishers readily available and follow fire safety guidelines.
Pest Control: Vendors must take appropriate measures to prevent and control pest infestations.
Alcohol Service: Alcohol may NOT be served on the premises.
Noise Restrictions: All applicable noise limit ordinances must be adhered to. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC is permitted.
