Howdy Partner!
In order to make sure that we are all friends at the round-up, there are a few rules that you must follow & things to remember:
1. Arrival time can be anywhere between 9am-10am on your “check-in date”, serving by 11am.
2. The Park closes PROMPTLY at 10pm and all trucks must be closed. Trucks can leave the park between 10pm-11pm on their “check-out” date.
3. In order to maintain a friendly atmosphere we expect that everyone behaves with a sense of community, help out, and be kind to other food truck park vendors.
4. Only trucks and trailers can park at the Round-Up. Any vehicle used to haul a trailer must be parked off site immediately after drop off.
5. Guests can use street parking or paid parking at the Rosa Parks center. Guests may not park in the gravel parking lot next door.
6. Your truck, trailer, and space must be kept clean & in working order at all times.
7. Everyone must pitch in to keep the trash cans empty. Please put trash in the dumpster when cans are full.
8. No grease or trash can be put in the sewer lines.
9. Any trash, grease, spills, etc, must be cleaned up prior to leaving the Round-Up.
10. Bathroom tokens are for vendors and paying customers only. You will get a fresh pack of tokens daily for your guests.
11. Tables must be flipped in the up position at night to avoid people sleeping on them.
12. You must use only approved electrical connections to avoid overloading circuits.
13. You may be charged for lost keys, tokens, locks, etc. Please be sure to return them at the end of your reservation at the park.
