Uncle Bob’s Roundup is located at 144 E Cypress St, Lafayette, LA. This location serves the downtown lunch crowd, Mardi Gras parades, Festival International, Downtown Alive, Art Walk, and all of the regular events in the downtown area.
It consists of 5 Food Truck Spots, 2 clean restrooms, and a covered eating area. We’re open to the public from 11am-9pm, Sunday through Thursday & 11am-10pm Friday and Saturday.
Each food truck spot has electrical, water, and a wastewater line. The electric has 3 standard hook-ups: 50amp, 30amp & 110v for your convenience.
