Important Information
Uncle Bob’s Roundup is located at 144 E Cypress St, Lafayette, LA. This location serves the downtown lunch crowd, Mardi Gras parades, Festival International, Downtown Alive, Art Walk, and all of the regular events in the downtown area.
It consists of 5 Food Truck Spots, 2 clean restrooms, and a covered eating area. We’re open to the public from 11am-9pm, Sunday through Thursday & 11am-10pm Friday and Saturday. Food trucks will enter the park appx 1 hour before opening, and exit the park within the hour after closing.
Truck reservations start at a minimum of 2 days and can be booked through the portal, just like booking a hotel room online. Weekday rates are $100 per day, weekend rates are $150 per day. Parades, festivals, holidays and other events will have higher rates. Please check the calendar for special event rates. Each food truck spot has electrical, water, and a wastewater line. The electric has 3 standard hook-ups: 50amp, 30amp & 110v for your convenience.
